Bottle Filling Line

The bottle filling line consists of a Bottle washing machine, a sterilization and Depyrogenation tunnel, a bottle filling and stoppering machine and at last followed by a bottle capping machine. The bottle filling and stoppering machine is a Monoblock machine which does the filling and stoppering operation. The bottle filling line can be used for bottles ranging from 100 ml to 500 ml with an output speed ranging from 5 to 50 bottles per minute.
