Isolators for Sterile Manufacturing
Isolator is crafted to make aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing as safe and efficient as possible. Built for handling the most sensitive filling, stoppering, and sealing tasks, it keeps the entire process contaminant-free:
- Class A Air Quality: Controlled air velocity (0.45 m/s ± 20%) with vertical unidirectional flow; temp. NMT 23 ± 2 °C, RH ≤ 55%.
- SS316L Construction: Durable rigid walls, with hinge-type front glass door and view panel.
- Smooth Finish: Internal < 0.5 µm Ra; external < 1.2 µm Ra; crevice-free welds; rounded 25mm edges. If you’re looking for a reliable solution for sterile production, our isolators offer quality and compliance you can trust.
- HEPA Filtration & Testing: CG screens, PAO ports for filter integrity checks
Eye Drop Filling Machine
Producing eye drops requires precision, and our eye drop-filling machine is designed for just that. It offers:
- Bottle Range: 5ml (with options for 10ml, 15ml, 30ml sizes).
- Material: Frame in mild steel cladded with SS304, contact parts in SS316L.
- Container Types: LDPE and HDPE, with tamper-evident caps.
- PLC & SCADA: 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, with data logging and remote access for troubleshooting.
Vial Powder Filling Machine
Vial Powder Filling Machine accurately fills powder into vials with features like nitrogen purging, “no vial, no fill” detection, and automatic stoppering and sealing. It handles different vial sizes, maintains sterility, and meets GMP standards, making it perfect for pharmaceutical production.
