External Vial Washing Machine

Our External Vial Washing Machine utilizes high-quality washing media, including WFI and compressed air, to ensure a pristine cleaning process. The rotating system of the machine expertly picks up each vial by securely holding onto its neck, carrying it through multiple washing stations. This rotating mechanism guarantees full coverage and effective cleaning of every vial.

Once the washing cycle is complete, the intermediate turret seamlessly transfers the vials to a rotating conveyor. From there, the rotating system and precisely moves the vials through the drying stations. This integrated drying section ensures that the washed vials are thoroughly dried before they proceed to the next stage of your production process.
